Do they last a long time?

Yes, they are made from some of the most durable PVC material on the market. This ensures that you will be able to keep them running for a long time. In some cases, it’s actually better to have an inflatable spa as they are more versatile than having your normal in-ground spa as you can move them indoors/outdoors and different locations. Also, you have the added benefit of deflating and storing them if need be. Alternatively, you can leave them as is, in a fixed position.

Do they puncture/leak?

You won’t have these kind of issues as they are very robust with the PVC body. Falling branches and leaves shouldn’t be an issue, neither people sitting in them or getting in or out.

Are they expensive to run?

It depends on how often you use them and for how long etc. They are cheaper to run than other inflatable spas on the market as the technology is energy efficient and provides a superior experience.

How deep are the spas?

The height of the 4 person round spa is 670 mm which will comfortably sit adults and children alike. You will have a similar experience to using a normal spa except you can actually use this in more places and save money on the purchase.

How many litres do they hold?

The 4 person round model will hold 800 litres of water. You can run it with less water but it is designed for 800 litres.

How long does a filter last?

Typically a filter will last about 12 months and then you can get a replacement by ordering one from the website or contacting the supplier (details in the manual).

What is the Delivery time?

It depends where you live in Australia. Spas are dispatched the same day of the order and then it is standard delivery which can be 2-5 business days. Please allow for a week for your product to be delivered.

What is the power supply needed?

The 4 person round model uses 240V / 50Hz and is simply hooked up to a standard Australian wall socket.

Does it come with a lid?

Yes, all the models come with a spa lid which can be secured (locked), to keep the water clean from falling branches etc.

Does it have a warranty?

The portable hot tub range comes with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty which covers the product from any defects. This obviously doesn’t cover wear and tear but with the robust system, this shouldn’t be an issue anyway.

Does the package include the spa accessories?

The spa will include all the necessary products you need to get the spa operational. You will get a user manual, a lockable lid, filter, inflation hose, stowage bag, and insulation lid. All you need to provide is water and power. There are many other accessories you can purchase to enhance your experience but as a basic set up this is all you need to get it up and running.

Where can I put it?

You can put your spa indoors or outdoors. This is the advantage of having a portable spa as they are easy to set up and move if you want to change the location.
